1. Eliot Short Term Treatment

ESTT serves 20 male adolescents between the ages of 13 and 22 who have been committed to the Department of Youth Services. Residents at ESTT have been recommended to complete a treatment program within a specific time assignment. The average length of stay is between 5 and 6 months. Residents at ESTT attend school daily; participate in clinical groups, recreational activities and individual counseling.
2. Judge Connelly Youth Center

- *MTU :The Metro Treatment Unit is the hardware-secure long-term treatment unit for the Department of Youth Services Metro Region. Residents are assigned to MTU who have been committed to DYS on Grid Level 3, 4 or 5 offenses and whose time assignments are over 6 months. Residents typically stay on this unit for an average of 12 months.
- *CTU: The Connelly Transition Unit is our community re-entry program. When residents from MTU (and sometimes other secure treatment programs) have met their treatment marks, they are assigned to CTU for their last 90 days.
3. After DYS Program at the DRC (District Reentry Center)

DRC: This is where the caseworkers work. Youth will come in for mentoring and help finding jobs post release.
After DYS Program at the DRC (District Reentry Center)
This provides free music lessons, and transportation to the lesson location, for released Juvenile Offenders who wish to continue learning music after they are returned to the Boston Community.
4. Casa Isla Revocation Facility
1 Long Island Road, Quincy, MA 02125
Casa Isla Revocation is a program for released Juvenile offenders that have violated their ‘Grant Conditional Liberty’ (GCL) and are detained for 1-30 days. We hold individual and group music sessions with rapidly changing cliental, with the goal of inspiring them to join the After DYS program when they are released.
5. Pilgrim Treatment Center

The center houses sixteen boys, ages 13-21, who are court involved and under DYS commitment.
6. DCF (Department of Children and Families) Lynn Moran Starr House/ Watham Starr Program

This is a 45 day assessment house for children from the ages of 6-12, who are in the custody of the Department of Children and Families.
Other Programs We Have Initiated in Massachusetts:
The Boys and Girls Club in Dorchester, an outreach program for At-Risk youth in the Boston area, the Metro Youth Service center, (serving individuals who have been committed to the center while they await their court date or further placement in the justice system. They range in age from 11- 20 yrs. old and are at the center for up to one year), and the Horizons Initiative (an outreach program for homeless children).
Programs Outside of MA:
The Skagit Valley Burlington and Mt. Vernon YMCA’s in Washington State (An after-school music program for at-risk youth aged 14-18 who are having academic and behavioral trouble in school).
